Smoked Mackerel Salad—Packed with Omega 3 fatty acids; great for concentration and mental sharpness

Classic Cobb Salad—Contains everything you’d expect it to; real roast chicken, bacon, avocado and free range egg; great with blue cheese dressing

Blueberry and Honey Yoghurt Pot—Made from low fat natural bio yoghurt, blueberry purée and absolutely no nonsense

The Chop’d Way

Good fresh food needn’t cost the earth and as part of our commitment to using sustainable methods and local produce, we believe in using quality ingredients. That’s why our barn-reared chicken is sourced from an independent farm in Essex where they are raised according to red tractor standards. The chicken is then traditionally roasted at a specialist site in London before it is delivered daily to our shops, no additives or salt.
