The Chop’d Way
Good fresh food needn’t cost the earth and as part of our commitment to using sustainable methods and local produce, we believe in using quality ingredients. That’s why our barn-reared chicken is sourced from an independent farm in Essex where they are raised according to red tractor standards. The chicken is then traditionally roasted at a specialist site in London before it is delivered daily to our shops, no additives or salt. Terrible service from Chop'd, food delivered late with only 1 thing from original ordered avalible. Ended up with less food than originally ordered.

Unfortunately I never tasted the food as my delivery never arrived. After 90 mins of waiting I followed up my order but was told they had no ingredients left and that they were going home. I asked for a refund and was told to call back the next day. Extremely rude. Best to avoid.

Attention to detail is lacking somewhat. Last time I ordered chicken adn got beef ( I don't eat beef). This time I ordered an apple juice and got an apple. I ordered balsamic vinegar only and got balsamic and oil. Don't assume you'll get what you ordered.

Food was better than most of the stuff I have ordered through Seamless (although I do not rate Seamless all that highly in terms of what there is to order). Delivery was at the longer end of the estimate provided, but food was decent.

I ordered a chicken salad, a raspberry juice, a rye bread and a peach. I got an avocado salad, a kiwi juice, a plain bread and an apple. After 1 hour of wait!!

Not happy. They didn't put my name on the order. Hence reception couldn't contact me that my food had arrived and to top it off there was a hair in my salad.
